Lamar, founded by Larry Twiner, is now owned by Gary Boudreaux and Steve Louque. Lamar is a dynamic and multifaceted General Contractor with documented success in large scale construction management for commercial and residential construction, petroleum storage tanks and systems. Lamar takes pride as a top-tier Disaster and Emergency Relief, Response, and Recovery Contractor with experience in Housing Solutions, Logistical and Emergency Support, and a magnitude of special services. In addition to Louisiana, Lamar is licensed and/or registered in multiple states and territories with the ability and capacity to provide a multitude of services to clients in the private and public sectors, with each task and operation ranging in size and scope.
